     Chicken Manchurian

Manchurian chicken is not an authentic Chinese dish. Based on the Indian cooking method, and thanks to Chinese seasonings, the dish received new tastes, a new name Manchurian Chicken and became extremely popular. We can make a lot off dishes from only chicken like, Fajita, Steaks, Chips, and so on.

The Manchurian sauce is a sweet and savory sauce made with chili, fruit vinegar, garlic etc. Chicken pieces are wrapped in batter and deep-fried, served with Manchurian sauce, and a unique Manchurian chicken is completed. The dish, which looks a bit sweet and sour, has also developed variations in India such as vegetarian Manchurian, cheese Manchurian, and gobi Manchurian (made mainly of cauliflower) cut into cubes which are breaded then fried in hot oil and coated with a sweet and sour tomato sauce linked to starch.

The word "Manchurian" refers to the native people or Manchurians, but this dish is essentially the creation of Chinese restaurants in India.

Manchurian cuisine covers large parts of northeastern China and Manchuria, from which we have had many unique taste experiences delivered due to their inventive way of using the kitchen - precisely because they are located in a region where the winter is harsh and the summer is scorching warm. So you have to be creative in all seasons! Vegetarians will substitute the cauliflower for the chicken which is commonly known as Gobi Manchurian.
